Investree was founded and is led by José María Ribot Barroso, who brings more than twelve years of experience investing in, operating, and managing real estate across Central Florida. Before Investree, he served as President and CEO of MesoCoat de México, part of the publicly traded, Forbes-recognized Abakan Inc. group, and later founded Supernova, a materials-science company that collaborated with NASA and Oak Ridge National Laboratory and holds four U.S. patents. But the story that matters is not his. It is the value created, the quality of the work, and the care extended to everyone the work touches.

We build across Osceola and Orange counties, in and around the region's most desirable residential submarkets: Lake Nona, Winter Park, Windermere, and Winter Garden. The Lake Nona corridor is a particular focus today, anchored by Lake Nona Medical City, healthcare and aerospace employment, and sustained in-migration. Sites are under continuous evaluation; we commit only when the land and the thesis align.
